The User has a profile on the same Social Network and has voluntarily decided to join the official web page which has been created by RIERA RABASSA, S.A., thereby showing an interest in the information the company publishes online.

By joining our web page, you grant us your free, unequivocal, specific, informed and express consent for the processing of the personal data which has been published in your profile. Furthermore, we inform you that profiling will be carried out in order to determine the products or services that may best match your interests as well as the best method of communicating them to you in accordance with your preferences or shown habits, and which are offered by RIERA RABASSA, S.A.

The User may access the privacy policies of the Social Network at any time as well as set up their profile so as to guarantee their privacy.
RIERA RABASSA, S.A. has access to and will process the information published by the User, specifically their contact name. This data is confined to the Social Network and is not stored on any files.

Minors

Minors under the age of fourteen (14) are not permitted to access or register on this Social Network. If the User is under the age of fourteen (14), consent from the User’s parents, guardians or legal representative will be needed to access and use the official web page of RIERA RABASSA, S.A., who will be expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of their official web page by minors, the responsibility of which lays with the minor’s legal representatives.
 
Rights

In accordance with the rights conferred by the current applicable legislation regarding the protection of data, the User may contact the relevant supervisory authority to lodge a complaint should they deem it necessary. How the profile will be used
RIERA RABASSA, S.A. will carry out the following actions:

•    Access public information contained on the profile.
•    Publish all information which has already been published on the web page of RIERA RABASSA, S.A.

•    Publish updates regarding the status of the web page in the User’s profile.

RIERA RABASSA, S.A. reserves the right to immediately and unilaterally withdraw said content without prior notification or authorisation from the User. RIERA RABASSA, S.A. may request that the User’s account be permanently blocked.

RIERA RABASSA, S.A. will not be held liable for content which has been freely published by a User.
The User must consider that any content they publish will be seen by other Users. The User is therefore responsible for their own privacy.

RIERA RABASSA, S.A. will not store any of the images published on the web page. They will, however, remain on the Social Network.
 
Competitions and promotions

RIERA RABASSA, S.A. reserves the right to organise competitions and promotions in which the Users who have joined the web page may participate. The terms and conditions of each competition or promotion will be published on the Social Network when this platform is used and will comply with the LSSICE and any other applicable legislation.

The Social Network does not sponsor, endorse or administer any of the promotions organised by RIERA RABASSA, S.A., nor is it associated with any of them.

Advertising

RIERA RABASSA, S.A. will use the Social Network to publish its products and services. If RIERA RABASSA, S.A. decides to process your contact details so as to carry out direct actions of commercial research, it will be done so in accordance with the GDPR, the LOPDGDD and the LSSICE.

Recommending the RIERA RABASSA, S.A. web page to other Users, so that they may take advantage of the promotions or be informed of its activity, is not considered advertising.
